“The parents of the child separated when she was less than 12 months of age. Despite an earlier eight day hearing and significant attempts at reconciling the child with the father (including intensive therapy), the child refuses to spend time with the father.
The parents have their different perceptions as to how we have reached this said position for the child, now aged nine years. The reasons which follow seek to explain the order that is in the child’s best interests at this time.”
