I started my professional career as a software developer.

Getting bored with repeating the same job over an over, I spent a number of years developing systems to reduce the role of tech heads and empower non-technical people who wanted to design and control the software development process.

A couple of years ago, I recognised that our social systems are in a far more parlous state than our software ones, and so I have focused on doing something about that.
